Buses Trains & Metrolink filmed around Manchester City Centre | 2025

2025 saw the fully implemented Bee Network which came into effect in early January with Tranche 3 going live. Most buses in the region are now franchised and a new operator has entered the fray - namely Metroline (Manchester). A huge influx of brand new buses entered service at the start of the year, and several of these are seen including a number of new types for Manchester. Also at the start Metroline had hired a number of Stagecoach vehicles while awaiting even more new vehicles of its own, and several of these are seen with the Metroline series alpha-numeric fleetnumbers being the giveaway. It seems strange seeing a mish mash of buses running around, including Stagecoach vehicles in Stagecoach liveries not operated by Stagecoach! The Magic Bus concept is also now defunct, although many hybrids retain this livery.
