2 days in the Brecon Beacons

Scenes from last years hike in the Brecon Beacons with my brother. We set off from Talybont on Usk and hiked around 2 reservoirs before staying at a cosy bnb in Pontisticill after a few well earned beers and a good feed. The next day, feeling slightly hazy we took a huge cross country detour up and over Pen Y Fan and made it back to the van with the last of the daylight and some pretty sore knees. Whilst this hike was a good trial run for us in preparation for the upcoming 3 peaks challenge the main objective was to find some much needed time with my brother in our ever busying lives..
