#roblox #adoptme#gameplay Roblox Adopt me was created by NewFissy, who took charge of scripting and leading the development team, and Bethink, who took charge of building and being the creative vision for the game. Adopt Me! is a roleplay game created by DreamCraft. The game features two roles: baby and parent, which cares for the baby. Other features include obbies, a trading system, and customizable houses. The game was featured in the 7th Annual Bloxy Awards and Egg Hunt 2020: Agents of E.G.G. events. It was created by NewFissy, who took charge of scripting and leading the development team, and Bethink, who took charge of building and being the creative vision for the game. The game can be considered a spiritual successor to various "Adopt and Raise" games that have appeared on the site, such as Adopt and Raise a Baby! by KingAndrewK. Since its inception, the game has been considered to be one of the most popular games on Roblox due to how long it has stayed at the top spot on the front page, reaching between 200,000 and 600,000 concurrent players nearly every day. It is also the most played game on Roblox, amassing over fourteen billion place visits. On April 4, 2020, Adopt Me! surpassed MeepCity in place visits. On April 11, 2020, the game amassed 1,615,085 concurrent Roblox players, making it the first and only game as of now to cross the one million concurrent players mark. On May 30, 2020, the game reached 7.8 billion visits, making it the only game so far to surpass the estimated human population. On July 18, 2020, the game reached 10 billion visits. On October 10, 2020, Adopt Me! reached 1,786,076 concurrent players, breaking their previous record. Both teams (baby and parent) spawn in their house, which they can customize to their heart's content. Babies and parents can ask (not request) nearby players to be a part of their family by pressing [E] on a computer or tablet, or [click to send request] on a mobile. Alternatively, they can create their own family by going to the family GUI and then clicking 'Create Family'. When a baby or a parent accepts a player invite to be their family, both the baby and the parent will have a GUI. If there are multiple babies in the family, the baby that was held first's GUI's will show up for the parent. That GUI is for the baby's needs. There are four of these needs the parent must tend to, otherwise, the baby will be unhappy. These needs are represented as bars, slowly shrinking as time passes. The lower the GUI of the baby is, the lower the daily paycheck the parent will receive. Gameplay 8-12 players spawn at David's house. They must interact based on the events and orders given, as well as survive events that present danger. When a player's health is drained, they die and can either pay 30 Robux to join back into the game or be pulled out. Plot: You, along with 7-11 other players, are dropped off the school bus at David's house. David welcomes you in and you are free to explore the house and chat with others for a while. Suddenly, the power goes out and David exits outside to restart the generator. A random player (which can be you) spots a Monster spawning outside the window, and then the Monster teleports indoors and ambushes, forcing you and others to run for your lives. You'll be killed if you take too much damage from the Monster. After a while, the power goes back on and the Monster disappears. David returns to find you and others to be scared and denies the Monster's ambush happened. The pizza arrives and David serves them to everyone. When he tells the pizza has peanut butter, a random player reveals themselves to be allergic to peanut and has lost their backpack holding the medication. You and others must find their backpack, which spawns in a random place before time runs out. If time does, the player is sent home early and thus kicked out of the game. David brings you and others to his bedroom where they'll sleep for the night. The power goes out and David has to fix the generator once again. An hour passes and David still hasn't returned. While you and others are warming near the candle, a player must face the coldness of the dark house and activate the backup generator in the bathroom. After a brief discussion in the living room of whether you and others should search for David or not, the Monster is heard outside and everyone decides to flee the house. Once everyone is outside, the school bus is still waiting outside. Do not enter the bus, as it will then mysteriously tip over the cliff, killing the players inside. You and others, stranded at the house, search for a clue, which is a blood splatter just next to a basement door. Enter the basement.
