Albanian pie called Lakror. Hi all, I wanted to share with you some of the most traditional dishes of my home country, Albania! So I went to my hometown Pogradec, and asked a traditional restaurant to cook for us. Here is the first recipe, a pie called lakror cooked in saç, a very old and traditional method of cooking in Balkans.
