The Fort Wallace Museum hosted more than a dozen living history stations where school children had opportunities to learn about how people lived during the 1800s in the American West. This station featured a living history actor who tells the stories about the early military forts in Kansas during the 1800s presented to school children at the museum in Wallace, Kansas. #LivingHistory #WallaceKansas #HeritagePreservation #MilitaryForts I spent four days in Wallace, Kansas documenting the Fort Wallace Museum on the first day then three days of activities during the "Taking the Smoky Hill to Santa Fe" living history exposition.
