Review of the Rigged and Ready Predator Rod. If you're into your predator fishing e.g. Pike, Bass, Zander or Perch then this is the travel rod to have on your bag. This is designed as a travel rod in its durable holder but I use this as my main lure fishing rod. The Rigged and Ready Predator has to tips, giving the rod 2 different lengths and casting weights: The large tip of the Predator makes the rod 220cm with a casting weight of 10g - 30g Whilst the smaller tip gives the rod a length of 185cm and a casting weight of 20g - 80g. Designed for Spinning, Lures and Bait Fishing. The Rigged and Ready Predator is a fantastic all round rod perfect for large predatory fish. The rod has been designed to incorporate a micro trigger which lets the rod sit in your hand really comfortably when using a baitcaster and not getting in the way when using a fixed spool reel. The rod is made of modular carbon with Hybrid Cast - Spin silicone eyes. The Predator weighs just 506g in the compact and durable carry case.
