DQ CRUNCHIN’ COOKIE DIPPED ICE CREAM 🍦🍪💙 Ingredients: 5-7 mini oreo cookies (filling removed) 1 Lindt white chocolate bar dab of coconut oil blue food coloring red food coloring yellow food coloring Haagendazs vanilla ice cream Instructions: Prep oreo cookies by removing creme filling and putting plain cookies in a @ziploc resealable bag. Tap with a spoon to create oreo crumbles and set aside. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Add food coloring one color at a time until desired dark blue tone is achieved. Top with oreo cookie crumbles and mix until well combined. In another small bowl, scoop your preferred amount of vanilla ice cream and drizzle blue crunchin’ cookie glaze over the top. Allow to set for 2-5 minutes and enjoy! 😋
