In her own words, Sophie’s career has been eclectic: from becoming a lawyer, to catering at Buckingham palace, working with global accountancy firms, oil and gas conglomerates, death metal music awards and CNN, Sophie finally made her way to the South African bush. Today as a trainer with Bushwise, Sophie is inspiring the minds of both young and young at heart as they earn their own field guide qualifications. Bringing her experience as a head trainer in Garonga as well as her time coordinating an endangered pangolin project, Sophie is a true conservationist with a very interesting story.
