Cleanaway will soon lodge a Planning Permit application with Melton Council and a Works Approval application with the Victorian Environment Protection Authority (EPA) seeking approvals to extend the footprint of its operations. Part of Melbourne’s critical infrastructure, the landfill provides metropolitan communities, councils, industry and businesses to safely dispose of waste that can’t be recycled. Our application for a site extension will allow us to continue to follow the quarry’s activities by filling in the open void.
