ABOUT THIS VIDEO: This is one of a series of short videos to help you decide on the best places to visit in the Jungfrau region of Switzerland. We stayed in Wengen for a week in summer 2024, so had the opportunity to explore all it has to offer. I'm here to share some of the things I learnt, from getting around to the best things to see and do in this stunning part of Switzerland. Wengen is in the Bernese Oberland region. It's a great base if you're wanting to explore this part of Switzerland as it's also surrounded by several beautiful locations. GETTING THERE: Most people arrive in Wengen via the cogwheel train from Lauterbrunnen: https://www.sbb.ch/en If you are based in Grindelwald, you can get the cable car up to Mannlichen and down into Wengen: https://www.maennlichen.ch/en/summer/....
