Il injecte d'abord la columelle afin de faire naturellement remonter la pointe du nez. L'acide hyaluronique utilisé est associé avec de la lidocaïne afin d'anesthésier la zone injectée. Puis le Dr Raspaldo injecte l'acide hyaluronique dans l'angle nasofrontal puis prend soin de bien le modeler afin que la fin de l'arête nasale soit mieux dessinée. Enfin, une dernière injection est pratiquée afin de combler le creux entre la bosse du nez et la pointe du nez. On obtient ainsi une arête nasale parfaitement harmonieuse. Here, we see that he chooses to use his "Eiffel Tower Nose Lift" concept to inject the nasolabial angle first. This will allow him to lift the tip of the nose and then inject only the nasofrontal angle. In this 2nd video of live nose injections, Dr Raspaldo now proceeds with the injections to perform a natural medical rhinoplasty. He first injects the columella to naturally raise the tip of the nose. The hyaluronic acid used is combined with lidocaine to anaesthetise the area. You can already see the effective projection of the tip of the nose. Dr Raspaldo then injects the hyaluronic acid into the nasofrontal angle and takes care to shape it so that the end of the nasal bridge is better defined. Finally, a final injection is made to fill the hollow between the nasal hump and the tip of the nose. The result is a perfectly harmonious nasal bridge.
