So I decide to relocate the fuse box on my On3Performance TwinTurbo mustang. Here is an overview of what I did. In total i had to cut and extend 21 wires. If for any reason I misses something or said something incorrect please let me know and I will correct in the notes. • Remove the fuse box completely from the car. Follow the harness and unplug everything thats needed. There are sub harnesses going inside the car on both the driver and passenger side. • Cut the hole in the battery box large enough to fit the harness and to pass all connectors through. • Feed the wire through into the passenger side inner fender. Feed the sub harness inside on the passenger side, and secure and run the rest of the harness on the frame rail towards the front of the car. • Feed the harness inside along the K member towards the passenger side. Secure the harness away from moving parts. • Exit on the passenger side and run and secure harness along the frame rail towards the rear of the car. Remove the 10mm bolt for the evap line and place the harness on the inside of that. • Feed the sud harness inside the car and the other towards the engine bay. • plug all the connectors in both on the driver and passenger side inside and out. • At this point you should be left with only a few wires that needs to be extended; Electric Fan harness (4 wires) Fuse box plug - engine harness (9 wires) A/C Pressure Switch (3 wires) Powers Wires - Fuse Box (3 wires) Ambient Temperature Sensor (2 Wires).
