Working eight hours straight can make you feel lethargic and irritable. Even if you love your job, sometimes things can get a little bad. Negative or toxic people can frustrate you and make you feel overwhelmed. Most people experience depression, loneliness, or anxiety from time to time, but mentally healthy people can feel comfortable with these feelings and overcome them. However, when such feelings or emotions persist and prevent a person from functioning properly, it may be a sign of a more serious mental health problem and it is time to seek help. Depression and poor health can persist for a long time and prevent us from achieving our goals in life. Rumor is not necessarily a bad thing unless it destroys the self-awareness of many introverts and makes us chronically unhappy. There's another sneaky factor that makes introverts feel overwhelmed, even when everything around them makes them seem vulnerable.
