So please be patient while I give all the "gschultz9 background info" and if I make any mistakes in this video! These trays were very generously sent to me by subscriber Darin (ballistic-options.com). Thank you Darin! Anyway, these trays were almost six years old by the time I got into them. They would have been part of a larger package that includes two more of these types of trays and a bunch of other stuff to make a complete meal for about 18 soldiers (a "Unitized Group Ration"). For whatever reason these things have become very hard to find in recent years. The Epicenter used to sell them, but haven't had them in stock for some time now. But you can check out their YouTube channel for some reviews they did on UGR trays a while back (including the Sweet and Sour Sauce over Pork Choppettes one seen in this video). Who knows, maybe one day these will become more readily available.
