Pakistan and India border guards take part in a daily ceremony at the Wagah border post as Pakistan celebrates the 75th anniversary of its independence, August 14, 2022. India and Pakistan, which celebrate 75 years of independence from Britain next week, share deep cultural and linguistic links but their history has been mired in violence and bloodshed.
