By lunchtime, we were soaking up the Lanzarote sun! We rented a car and checked into our spacious flat in Arrecife, which we found on Booking.com. This place had an amazing terrace! But that's just the beginning – we explored the enchanting Cezar Manrique Foundation Museum, a place that felt like something out of a fairy tale. Then, we hit the road to the Stratified City, with a quick stop at a lookout point that gave us jaw-dropping views of the entire island. It's a day you won't forget! 🌄🏞️ 📅 Day 2: Art and Otherworldly Vibes Day 2 was all about art and jaw-dropping views! We started our day at the Lagomar Museum, and let me tell you, it was absolutely stunning. Our adventure continued as we drove through Lanzarote's surreal black volcanic landscapes to the Mirador del Rio. This place was like a café from outer space combined with an epic observation deck. You've got to see it to believe it! 🌌🌋 📅 Day 3: Exploring the South Day 3 was all about the southern part of the island. We kicked things off with a visit to a camel farm and enjoyed the gorgeous Playa Blanca. Our journey continued to Lago Verde, with a stop at the awe-inspiring Salinas de Jameo on the way. We had a tasty lunch at a cozy local café and then hit the road, taking in stunning volcanic views as we drove to Puerto del Carmen. You won't want to miss the planes landing super low at a mesmerizing lookout point! ✈️🏝️ 📅 Day 4: Inspiring Places Day 4 began with the mystical Jameos del Agua, a place that touched our hearts. We also explored the Casa del Cezar Manrique, a villa that captured our hearts with its beauty. In the evening, we strolled along the charming Arrecife embankment, enjoying the ocean views and the island's unique vibe. 🏡🌅 📅 Day 5: Cactus Gardens and Volcano Magic On our final day, we visited the stunning Jardin de Cactus, a place of incredible beauty. Our adventure continued at Timanfaya, where we were in awe of the volcanoes.
