I’m the founder and chief operator of Tony Stephan Enterprises (coaching & consulting), Stephan Group Real Estate Brokerage, and Tony Pro Investments (a family office, which is just a formal way of saying we invest our own money into multifamily real estate) If this is your first time finding me, welcome!…Here’s a quick outline of how I got here and what this channel is about. 14 yrs old: My mother abruptly left our home, we filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, and had a few years of very hard times. 18 yrs old: I lost my mother. My dad taught me fitness as an outlet to manage the stress. I wanted to help others dealing with trauma or stress via fitness, so I became a certified personal trainer and made $6/session. 23 yrs old: I graduated from Wayne State with a degree in Dietetics and became a Registered Dietitian, I took a 100% commission job at Lifetime Fitness. 26 yrs old: I quit that job, charged up my credit card to hire a mentor, and started an online coaching business. 27 yrs old: I broke even on the year and had massive struggles. 28 yrs old: I made my first $1m profit. 29 yrs old: I grew that business to 1000’s of customers in 21 different countries and made multiple 7 figures at 90% margins. 30 yrs old: We bought our first rental property, a single family rental in Royal Oak MI. 31 yrs old: We bought our first 7 unit apartment for $660k. 1 year later it was worth $1m. The game completely changed.
