These two, I loved every bit. From the moment I met these two, I knew that I wanted to be part of the day. I actually drove out to the family's home a few weeks after we booked the wedding to pick up the VHS of the wedding tape of her mom and dad. So we got to know the family early in the process. We immediately fell in love with these people. Not only in their love for one another, but their love for Jesus. This is the reason I love telling wedding stories. Families that love each other, love the Lord, and care so much about getting a video that captures a moment in time that they will never want to forget. WOW. It truly is an honor to do what I do. I could explain this day, but I will let the video do the talking. This luxurious Southern Hills Wedding Video is one of my all time favorites. So humbled and honored to be part of this special day. A huge shoutout to Nicole Allen and her team for making my job so easy. Also to Tricia Miller for being literally the easiest photographer to work with. When I asked Sarah for their story, she wrote it better than I could have. So I wanted to share it here: "We met in 2020 during their freshman year of college. We had various mutual friends and "hit it off" in Destin, FL our Freshman Spring Break with their friends. We found out we wouldn't be returning back to school at OU. After only getting to talk on the phone, Christopher drove from Oklahoma City to Tulsa to take Sarah on a date at Wild Fork and a drive-in movie. After that, we took turns driving to see each other every week. We then spent the rest of college as a couple! Last May, 2022 Christopher planned the best engagement! It was a complete surprise to Sarah. We were getting dressed up to have dinner downtown with Sarah's parents. They were "running late", so we had a pre-dinner drink and took a walk outside to my dad's backyard vineyard. Little did Sarah know, Christopher's family and Sarah's family were waiting behind the scenes, watching the proposal from afar. After the proposal, we all went to Wild Fork, where we had our first date. We have known from the start of our relationship that God was doing something special. We both knew we were looking for a forever spouse when we started dating and had many discussions of our faith and how we envisioned our futures. It has always been a dream of each of ours to be parents, and getting to do it together will be the best! We want to get married because we are each other's best friends and feel as though we will serve the Kingdom of God best when we are a pair!"
