Time - 7:15 pm Location - Dadar Station, Western Railway I was waiting on platform number 2 of Dadar station for a Churchgate slow local and decided to capture some EMU acceleration.. A Borivali bound slow local accelerates superbly from platform 1 and heads towards Matunga Road. As it disappears round the curve, a Churchgate bound fast local comes to a halt on platform 4. At the same time a crowded Virar fast (with its headlight on), which is on platfrom 3, blows it horn and starts accelerating towards its next halt at Bandra. It initially starts very slowly but then picks up speed amazingly as the driver pushes the throttle all the way down. All the EMUs in this video are Siemen manufactured MRVC rakes.
