I bought a full set of Prothane polyurethane bushings to replace all the bushings on the car. I go through the steps in removing the rear LCA and how to press out the old bushings. I tried and failed using the nut and bolt method, but I came up with another method using just a basic claw hammer and sockets. Once the old bushings were removed, I installed the new ones and finished up the rear lower control arms. *** This is part of my series in replacing all the bushings for the vehicle and basically upgrading my suspension.
