Background on Duncan Nicholson Graduated from Durham University in 1981 with a BA in “Ologies” and having a PGCE (FE) from Huddersfield University. Duncan has worked almost exclusively in the Employability/Training/Skills arena ever since. Dunacn experience also ranges from having worked for colleges, local authorities, private sector and the 3rd sector. He has been a self-employed consultant, an MD of a social enterprise. He is presently with Rathbone/ InTraining and lives in Cumbria.
