⚙ Building communities for the future ⚙ 建設社區的未來希望 In 2019, Henderson Land Group lent a 428,000-square-foot site in Kong Ha Wai, Yuen Long to develop transitional housing. The first phase of the Kong Ha Wai project, which is the largest transitional housing project in Hong Kong, was completed. Residents have started moving into the 781 units since May 2022. The project will provide around 2,000 units in total. Amenities of the project include a Chinese medicine clinic, a Western medicine clinic, a dental clinic, a district health centre, canteens, a supermarket and more, bringing together the residents to build an inclusive community. 恒基地產於2019年借出一幅位於元朗江夏圍的土地，面積約428,000平方呎，以興建全港最大的元朗江夏圍過渡性房屋項目。項目將提供約2,000個單位，第一期781個單位已落成，住戶在2022年5月陸續入伙。項目將設有中西醫及牙科診所、地區康健中心、社區飯堂、小型超市等配套，期望凝聚區內居民，建設共融社區。
