Te Pāti Māori co-leader Debbie Ngarewa-Packer has joined a protest in Rarotonga, calling on Cook Island Prime Minister Mark Brown to stand down. It comes after Brown signed a contentious strategic partnership with China over the weekend, the details of which were only released late this afternoon.
