How, when and why you should seal your Marble or stone tile.

SUBSCRIBE Learn how tile the right way Sealing marble , or any other kind of natural stone tile is a very important and step that is often done at the wrong time or omitted altogether. Some people think because the marble is polished it does not require sealing, polished or not, the stone tile should be sealed. Just as important as the actual sealing of the tile, is the quality of the sealer. Always use a good quality premium sealer that will give long lasting dependable protection to your stone tile. The process of sealing the tile is actually quite simple and easy, simply apply the sealer to the tile with an applicator, brush, clean cloth, or other appropriate method being sure to wet the entire area. Let the sealer sit for a few minutes, and then wipe it off. Please read the directions of the sealer you decide to use to make sure you follow the manufacturers recommendation for proper application, time required for curing, and for grouting and any other relevant information.
