Like Shock Therapy on Facebook: https://goo.gl/LXQLgx Dowloand the album on iTunes: https://goo.gl/XlS7Xe Taken from the album “No Fear of Death”. Shock Therapy delivered with "NO FEAR OF DEATH" rich, straight and future-oriented Wave-Gothic. Full and straight, as rhythmically gripping and opulent melodic. And forward-looking, because it cannot leave Itchy absurdities in his songs, but these do not soften the overall character of the pieces. Mysterious sound collages and evocative intensity go hand in hand on "NO FEAR OF DEATH", wild two-voice guitars ("I JUST WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO YOU") harmoniously match with wild, abstruse string parts ("KILL ME"), but also wonderfully soft Wave songs like "DEPARTURE" the haunting wave ballad "COME AND DANCE WITH ME" or the hit suspicious "IF EVERYONE KNEW" do not manage to scratch the consistency of the album. Asked about the variety of his latest prank, Itchy gives himself a lapidary: I have never believed in certain influences or terms like gothic or rock. I hear Gary Numan and Neil Young, so people who transcend styles anyway, and maybe a bit of these guys in our music. It was also a great pleasure to work with Wes Beech (guitar, the author) of the Plasmatics. The harder influences on the album are probably from him. Wes is really a weird guy. And how did it come to the now solidifying style change from the Electro punker to the straight wave and gothic heroes? I just had to look into myself to look for what is really my own style, Itchy replied. Download / stream the whole album: Google Play: https://goo.gl/WOFnzN Spotify: https://goo.gl/YnbWPR
