This is Buster he is a Very Badly Matted and neglected Cockerspaniel. The worst we have seen in the salon so far. This makes Kylie very upset and emotional as you will see. The state of this little guy is shocking. Clearly he doesn't get pats or chest rubs because you just cannot pat him through all the Matts and Burrs. More often then not when dogs get like this, they have Owners that keep them alone in the backyard and Ignore them. Perhaps they cannot afford the grooming requirements, there are many reasons, we just Don't know, it's not our position to say all we can do is help. Buster has been Alone, but not anymore he has the fur family. In 6 weeks we will be calling the owners and insisting that they bring him in whether they can afford it or not.. That will be our chance to shower him with gifts and toys and for us to see him again and give him a good scratch.
