In this video, I walk you through how you can create expression maps in Cubase for the entire Cinematic Studio Series. Using a combination of velocity and CC58 data, you can create highly detailed expression maps that use everything Cinematic Studio Series offers. Get the complete set here (free)! - https://bit.ly/cssexpressionmaps NOTE - See the pinned comment for an update regarding the CSS 1.7 update! The methods will work, but the legato KS has changed to G#0. I've based this method on a trial-and-error process I've gone through while trying to create the perfect expression map for my template in Cubase. Separating the articulations into different tracks allows me the greatest control of routing and detail in the different articulations Cinematic Studio Series offers. If you'd rather use fewer options (leave out the "Standard" or "Advanced" legato, for example, or separate Con Sordino into different tracks), you can still use the techniques provided in this video.
