So at last I finally filmed an asphalt paver for the first time. It was pretty cool watching this paver at work laying down fresh asphalt. This was at my neighbors house. I wasn’t around when Highland Paving removed the old pavement but when they took it out my neighbors told me that the rocks under the pavement had to settle for six weeks before they can repave it. One other cool thing I liked about this how two trucks full asphalt came and those two tipped the asphalt in the paver which to me was very cool.
