The song we published here courtesy of the artist Jonas Gideon Jonas Gideon is a songwriter, pianist and vocalist from Stockholm (Sweden). In May 2015 he released his solo debut album "Always another day". Of this, BSR has created a remix and the song changed somewhat. It guitar passages were added and the sound changes with regard to the acoustic guitar. We hope you enjoy it ! He started playing the piano as a child and wrote his first songs while in high school. Jonas discovered his musical role models through his parent’s record collection, especially the Elton John albums, who became a major influence. He has also been influenced by many other artists such as Stevie Wonder, Phil Collins, Sting, Ray Charles, and Prince. Jonas attended the Stockholm Music Conservatory and that is where he started his singing career. While studying there he met a fantastic voice teacher who gave him the confidence to believe in his own voice and encouraged him to write his own music. After that, he continued his education in the Rock Musician Program in Stockholm. He played in cover bands with many other musicians and decided to study to be a voice teacher at the Stockholm Music Education Institute. During this period, and the following years, Jonas worked with Swedish artists such as Jennifer Brown, Sonja Aldén, Magnus Carlsson, Shirley Clamp, David Lindgren, Andreas Gidlund, Janne Schaffer, Anna Bergendahl, Brandur, Amy Diamond, Victor Norén, Molly Sandén, Gladys del Pilar, Erik Saade, Fredrik Benedict, Blossom Tainton, Martin Rolinski, Amanda Mair and many others. Jonas currently collaborates with songwriter, Brian Hobbs, whom he met when they both were teachers at the arts school, Kulturama. This collaboration has resulted in the songs on Jonas’ debut album. Jonas has taken his wide range of influences and molded these into his own unique pianistic and vocal style. You can hear all these influences in his music, but he does not like to label music by genre or style, but instead, prefers to base it on what feelings the music awakens in people. And one thing is certain, Jonas’ music does awaken feelings…
