They have been spreading lies about everyone, falsely accusing them, inciting hatred in our hearts, and sowing seeds of disunity among us! Moreover, they openly aim to foster divisions among our brothers and sisters! For instance, whenever an Islamic group seeks to uphold the law of Allah Almighty, they attempt to tarnish their reputation! Regrettably, many Muslims believe these falsehoods propagated by the Western media and so-called ‘moderate Muslims.’ We must remain vigilant and cautious, not relying on their sources for information about our Muslim brethren. Seek information from reliable sources. Allah Almighty instructs us: “O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance...” (Surah 49:6). So, we must diligently verify the accuracy of any information, especially if the source is not just disobedient but also non-believing (Kafir).
