SOLVED: Fix my computer! USB ports not working and video is not displaying

I understand that it’s an old shitty computer and it’s most likely my motherboard, but I just want to find out how to get this to work!!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions or have you ever seen this before? Thank you! Edit: Solved: The Motherboard of the computer was completely fried. If you can tell in the video, my video card fan was working, but the CPU FAN was not moving at all. I suspect that the fan possibly stopped working and over heated the motherboard. If this is happening to you, try buying a new motherboard (make sure it's the proper fit for your case, most are ATX or mATX). I ended up buying a completely new motherboard, cpu, cpu fan, and power supply, and everything works great. Take a look at your computer and see if your fan is moving, chances are, your motherboard either overheated or is just completely broken.
