After intense warfare, it's alright to rest. Your soul & spirit need to heal.

Your spirit and soul may be tired from the spiritual battles. Vulnerable post: Sometimes, the strongest people you may know often struggle with the battles they're facing, and they may never let anyone know just how intense things are. The spiritual weight of warfare and the effects on a person can take months or even years to recover from; especially if the battle has been a long one. Spiritual burnout and depression are real! Fatigue, anxiety, stress, fear, despair, lies, and revenge can tire you out. Whomever this message is for, may you know that the Lord and His goodness will ensure to strengthen you, comfort you, and to love on you. You are never alone in this journey as God walks with you. Call on Him! Just some few tips if you are feeling discouraged, low, sad, and/or exhausted: ✨️ Remember to rest ✨️ Be patient and loving with yourself ✨️ Spend time in nature, go for walks/ hikes ✨️ Read/ journal ✨️ Meditate/ pray (Focus on things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, or good/ ask God for a new perspective) (Philippians 4:8) ✨️ Practice gratitude Scriptures for you: 🙏🏽 Philippians 1:6 AMP [6] I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will [continue to] perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus [the time of His return].
