My Erstwhile Sanctuary - The Elder Scrolls Online - My Personal Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary

My main character has gone from Dark Brotherhood initiate to assassin to Silencer to Matron, and this is her personal Sanctuary. From here, she assigns contracts to other assassins (my other characters), makes poisons and plans her own assassinations, tortures and kills on behalf of the Brotherhood, and practices and perfects her craft. She has her own master bedroom and personal desk area near the dining hall, and each of my Brotherhood characters have their own personal bedroom areas as well (one character is a werewolf; can you tell?). This house has gone through many variations. Originally, I bought it fully furnished with all Imperial furniture, and replaced the Imperial with vampiric furniture. I decorated it for Halloween, with spikes going down the main hall in the waterfall room that had jack-o-lanterns on them, and made it pretty spooky. It was for Halloween housing competition in 2022, but I ended up not placing. Then I made changes after High Isle released, and now that Necrom has released, I've made a bunch of changes again. It barely looks like the same house to me. I am not fully satisfied with it, and it will likely undergo many changes in the future, but this is so far my favorite version of my house. Some key features are the 2 Sithis statues and smaller Sithis shrines, the giant Black Sacrament, and the shrine to the Night Mother. There are also a bunch of references to Skyrim's Dark Brotherhood in this house: a jester in the torture area (and arguably the torture area itself), the map with the knives marking all of the places my character has killed for the Brotherhood main questline, the spider with a victim, and even the entire Night Mother shrine area, which is modeled after the Dawnstar Sanctuary. I don't consider this my best house, but it's easily one of my favorites.
