This webinar covered an overview of quantum in stress at work claims in the county court, including general and special damages, as well as considering key topical issues arising when quantifying those claims. Members of the team with an employment law focus provided their top tips for high value claims, exploring Acas uplift and tax and pension loss calculations. There were also an exercise on Schedules of Loss, including a worked example, before opening the floor for questions and contributions from the audience.
