High resistance pulse motor theory of Joseph Newman's design and practice. Was he on to something?

I honestly believe Joseph Newman was on to something with his motor. The larger the coil and resistance the greater the motor becomes 100% efficient possibility of overunity. As I continue my experiments with my motor and its properties of high Efficiency I will eventually if my channel can grow I will build a much larger motor to prove my point. Currently I am not in a position to do so due to lack of financial support. If anyone wants to help me build such a motor please do I seriously want to dive deeper into his knowledge and actually be the one to figure it out. if the government shutdown Joseph Newman's invention due to breaking the laws of physics either the motor worked and the government did not want the technology out to the public or he was a good liar. But honestly look at how my motor runs on such little input and think to yourself what if this is scaled up the larger the motor the more efficient. My design has a lot of flaws that could be improved. For example the spacing of my 6 permanent magnets are too close they should be at least one magnet worth apart, two the magnets should couple the coils completely in a halbach design that shrouds the coils in the center to maximize the flux density, three better switches for higher voltages, four more usable pulses to further drive the motor, five a capacitor the has minimal leakage current and that there is the biggest inefficiency in my motor. The list goes on but all in all I see is intentions.
