Offering more than 70 retail outlets and restaurants, SkyAvenue also features a dazzling light, sound and motion display that spreads across its atrium, columns and ceiling called 'SkySymphony'. At the concourse, a winch system drops 1,001 LED balls from the ceiling, transforming them into various shapes and configurations to tell stories accompanied by cinematic screens and orchestral music. Touted as the first multimedia winch attraction in Asia, the free light show begins from 10am till midnight daily, occuring every hour. First World Plaza is the shopping centre located one floor above the lobby level of the hotel on land measured 46,000 square metres (500,000 sq ft), housing a casino, retail and dining outlets including a Tangs branch, an Indoor Theme Park – Skytropolis Funland and other attractions such as Snow World, Genting Bowl, Seni Kome Peng Heng, Big Top Video Games Park and first Asian branch of virtual reality attraction The VOID which occupies nearly 7000 square feet in the plaza.
