For some time now, I’ve been navigating a season of deep introspection. While looking inward is a vital part of the creative process, it can often lead to over-analyzing the past and feeling disconnected from the present. This new track is the sound of emerging from that headspace. It was composed to celebrate the journey from shadow back into the light—a cycle I’ve navigated many times, yet one that feels particularly transformative this year. I’m excited to invite you to join me on a new path under the moniker pserkit. The goal for pserkit is clarity and focus. While I’ve spent the last 30 years exploring music and art through a lens of beautiful, chaotic experimentation, this new chapter is about intentionality. What’s happening to cerkit? I’m not leaving my roots behind. @cerkit-creative will remain the home for my more experimental and abstract explorations. As this year marks the 30th anniversary of cerkit.com, it feels like the perfect moment for a "reset." Three decades of searching have led me here, and I feel more grounded and ready to create than ever before. Thank you for being part of this journey.
