There are many people though who just hold on to times that are gone forever. But I think that if you live in the past you will definitely end up struggling with the present, not to even mention the future. Change is all around us and it happens constantly. So the important part is at least to try to keep up as good as possible. Instead of living in the past, better see what comes up and deal with it. Of course not everything is always good.
