Hallo Spencer - Winter, Winter (in English)

Am I the only one that is fascinated by Hallo Spencer, the German kids show, dubbed into English? I used to watch this back in 1993 during the short time when it was dubbed and syndicated in the U.S., and have found barely any footage of shows since then. I believe this is the only the seventh show in English uploaded to Youtube, and the first in 12 years. Did anyone else watch the show back then? Were the English copies of the show not preserved? Presented with original commercials from WGBS-TV 57 Philadelphia. The show is nearly complete, only missing the last 20 seconds of the rap.
