Ingredients: 6 chicken drums 2 cups buttermilk 2 cups pickle juice 2 cups assorted berries 2 tbsp sugar Lemon squeeze 1/3 cup water 2 cups potato starch Pinch of salt 2 tbsp peanut butter powder Crumbled peanuts 1. Dredge wings in buttermilk and pickle juice for 15-30 minutes. 2. Combine berries, sugar, lemon, and water in skillet and cook over medium-high heat until well combined. Set aside and let this cool. 3. Combine potato starch and salt, and dredge wings to fully coat, tapping off excess. 4. Fry at 325 Fahrenheit (162 C) for about six minutes or until mostly cooked. 5. Rest your wings while you heat oil to 375 Fahrenheit (190 C), then fry again until crispy and golden brown. 6. Sprinkle a bit of peanut butter powder and toss in jelly. Then finish with crumbled roasted peanuts and enjoy immediately.
