She explains that the newly-launched Council of the Future advisory body is all about turning research into substantive output and building serious momentum in AI, biotech, space, and cybersecurity. Instead of trying to outcompete the U.S. or China, she argues Europe needs to focus on tech sovereignty – ensuring it’s not dependent on any other actor.
