Gen~ sampler Part 3: A better de-clicking algorithm

Updating the sampler with a new de-clicking algorithm known as “swanramp”. This idea comes to me from the great quail from the Max Discord (  / discord  . Most of this video is about the swanramp. The video shows multiple versions of the swanramp algorithm in both gen~ patching and codebox. So, this video would be useful to anybody looking to get their feet wet with gen~ codebox. Thanks to quail, Sam, and Miller for laying the groundwork for this one.
