Living in Brookhaven, Georgia | Full Brookhaven Tour

What is it like living in Brookhaven, Georgia? (Brookhaven Georgia is an area not technically part of Atlanta but it's close enough that we'll call it an Atlanta neighborhood. :) Just like Atlanta, Brookhaven has its own list of neighborhoods and we are going to take a closer look at 3 Brookhaven neighborhoods: Ashford Park, Drew Valley, and Brookhaven Fields. These neighborhoods are along the southern portion of Brookhaven and all border Dresden Drive which is a main street that is lined with restaurants and shops. Residents enjoy Brookhaven for its walkability to the shops on Dresden Drive, it's zoned to good schools (Ashford Park Elementary in particular), and is within a 5 minute car ride to all the shopping/nightlife in Buckhead. If you are wanting large, new construction then you must put Brookhaven on your list! I show you tons of new construction and if you are a fan like I am of white painted homes - Brookhaven has gobs of them! Brookhaven is a great option to call home especially if you are looking for a middle point between working out in the Perimeter (as an example) and under a 25 minute drive to Midown Atlanta. While Brookhaven does have tons of large custom homes (which you'll see are going to start in the $1M+ range, it still has some smaller yet move-in ready ranch homes in the upper $500's-$700K range.
