If you follow me on Facebook/Instagram or my personal account you'll probably know about the soul searching I've been doing over the last 18 months. After my PAO surgery, I was hoping I would return to riding stand up jet skis at the level I was in my early 30s. As time went on, I felt unqualified, sad, and inept. I gave it up for a good year. I sold my 550 project because I just was too afraid to take a fall (maaaan do they slide). Then I had a botched knee surgery that just put the last nail in the coffin October 2019. More sadness. It has taken until now, August 2020, for me to get the confidence to try again, This time on a ProForce with a gnarly 1200. It is still less likely to slide than my old 550 haha.
