3月11日，第十四届全国人民代表大会第三次会议在北京人民大会堂举行闭幕会，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平等党和国家领导人出席，全国人大常委会副委员长李鸿忠主持闭幕会并讲话。 国家主席习近平3月11日签署了第四十五号主席令。 第四十五号主席令说，《全国人民代表大会关于修改〈中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会代表法〉的决定》已由中华人民共和国第十四届全国人民代表大会第三次会议于2025年3月11日通过，现予公布，自2025年3月12日起施行。 On March 11, the closing meeting of the Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
