GRIMMSPEED FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER INSTALL | The most aggressive mod for the front of your WRX

A Front Mount Intercooler is the best way to get the most aggressive front end on your WRX. This install is actually fairly easy if not time consuming. It really didn't take that long though. For how good quality Grimmspeed products are, the most disappointing part about this install was having to cut out the fog light housing. Grimmspeed claims in their video " if it's installed correctly, no cutting is necessary." Well they never fully describe the orientation it needs so you don't have to cut anything. If orientated in the way that IS shown in their video, it makes very direct contact with the back of the foglight housing. This intercooler can support up to 800hp and beyond. It is a 4" deep core and has massive cooling-air flow capabilities. I won't be getting anywhere near that on my current set up, but it's nice to think about if I do, this is one thing I won't need to upgrade.
