❤️ Welcome to Day 11 of 30 Days of Meditation with Flavas of Chill. ❤️ I’m Lynn Garrett, and today we’re practicing Acceptance. Acceptance isn’t approval. It isn’t giving up. It’s the moment you stop arguing with reality long enough to see what’s actually true—so you can respond with clarity instead of panic. This 10-minute guided meditation is for the days when your mind keeps saying “this isn’t fair” or “this shouldn’t be happening,” and you feel yourself getting stuck in resistance. In today’s practice, you’ll work with: • noticing what you’re resisting (without judging yourself for it) • grounding in the body and breath as your anchor • naming “person / place / thing” triggers and turning inward with honesty • using a simple phrase to reset: “This is here.” • choosing your next step from clarity, not from reaction This meditation is especially helpful when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stressed about what you can’t control.
