Making candles at home has never been easier. And now with quarantine in place crafts at home are starting to become the norm. As a homebody I love that I now have time to make lots of DIY crafts for the home, bake, cook and garden. #noshameinmygrandmagame These are soy wax candles, but you can use any wax you prefer. I have 1kg of wax, candle perfumes (you can use essential oils, just be careful and note they are a lot stronger than candle scents), wicks, stickers and some dyes for different colours. Dye temperature should be about 70c. Scent temperature around 65c. Pouring temperature should be around 55-60c. I find it is best when it's slightly cooler as it sets very nicely on the top with no bubbles of air or cracks.
