To effectively manage Vata imbalance in today's world, incorporating grounding techniques, proper nourishment, and establishing a routine are essential. *Grounding techniques: -Abhyangam/ Oil application -Stretching exercises and Pranayama -Warm water bath/ Snan -Prayer, Gratitude, introspection , Meditation Proper Nourishment -a warm nourishing home cooked meal include 1teaspoon of ghee in every meal -Proper hydration with warm water, lemon juices, herbal tea, soups. include spices like ginger, garlic, ajwain, black pepper in your meals include fruits in between meals or if you are having salt or sugar cravings feet massage, nasal oil/nasya, navel oil in the evening or at bed time helps keep you balanced early dinner which is light, warm and nourishing breaks in between studies All these tips will definitely help in maintaining a routine and will balance 'Vata' naturally and will keep you healthy and happy during your exam time.
