In this episode, we are planning and starting a new rural town in Cities: Skylines! With the massive expansion of downtown Pine Harbour, it's time to move out of the town for a bit - and build a new town altogether! The region of Coniferia will be home to thousands of people - many more than what we've currently got, so we will need to once in a while build entire new towns and eventually cities to fill out the region.
